1.Log on to System Menu
2.Select Promotions
3.Select Retail Promotions

4.Select New
5.Select a Promotion Type (Promo Type) 

6.Enter a description
7.Select a Start and Finish date
8.In grid, enter Item ID or select the ellipsis to search and select items
9.Select Save

10.Select a promotional options

• Disc %- Discount as a percentage
• Disc $ Ex- Discount as a dollar value, excluding GST
• Disc $ Inc- Discount as a dollar value, including GST
• Sell Inc – enter in the promotional sell price manually

11.Enter the value

12.A bulk add can be made by selecting the curved arrow in the right side of the cell

13.Select Save

14.Select Apply 

15.A Prompt message will appear- Are you sure that you want to apply this Retail Promo? Yes/ No

16.Select Yes

17.A Prompt message will appear- Retail Promo batch [LOCATION/ BATCH ID] has been applied. OK

18.Select OK
