1.    Log on to System Menu

2.    Select Promotions

3.    Select Retail Promotion

4.    Select New

5.    Select a Promotion Type

6.    Enter a description

7.    Select a Start and Finish date

8.    In grid, enter Item ID or select the ellipsis to search and select items

9.    Select Save

10.    Select a promotional options

•    Disc %- Discount as a percentage

•    Disc $ Ex- Discount as a dollar value, excluding GST

•    Disc $ Inc- Discount as a dollar value, including GST

•    Sell Inc – enter in the promotional sell price manually

11.    Enter the value

12.    A bulk add can be made by selecting the curved arrow in the right side of the cell

13.    Select Save

14.    Select Apply This will activate the Promotion

15.    A Prompt message will appear- Are you sure that you want to apply this Retail Promo? Yes/ No

16.    Select Yes

17.    A Prompt message will appear- Retail Promo batch [LOCATION/ BATCH ID] has been applied. OK

18.    Select OK
