Extending your B2B Device
Dispense Works will alert and countdown everyday from 30 days prior to your B2B PRODA Device expiring this will be in the pre-flight checks before loading Dispense Works.
1. Log into your PRODA account here.

2. You will be prompted to enter the authentication code sent by either SMS or email. Please enter and press next.

3. Select organisations as seen below.

4. Scroll down to My Organisations and select the appropriate name.

5. Once selected, scroll down till you see the "extend B2B Device Expiry"

6. Follow the prompts and accept to extend the enquiry.
7. Please close and re-open Dispense Works to see this change.
8. To see if this has translated correctly, the pre-flight checks will not show and or once logged into Dispense Works, you can navigate into tools, then into PRODA.

9. This will show the following.

Note: This will update on all terminals automatically.
