PDA Item List

Item Lists can be created in the PDA POS App and used throughout the POS Works program.

Label Printing
Purchase Order
Stock Transfer
Stock Adjustment
Retail promotions

Users can import an Item List anywhere the 'Item List' button appears in the POSWorks Program. Item List Import will default to showing only Committed Item Lists. To show a previously processed list of a list that you have part-processed tag on all options. Select 'Import' to import the list of products into the utility you are using.

💡 Lists can also be exported as an Excel spreadsheet for any other needs you might have!

Creating an Item List on the PDA

Select Start.
Select PWSuitePDA. This will open the PWSuitePDA application onto it's Main Menu.
Select Item List. This will open the Item List Program.
Select New Item List.
Enter Item List Description. Select Key Pad to access keyboard.
Select Continue.
Scan item .
Enter the quantity, and select Set Quantity.
Repeat steps 7, and 8 as many times as required to scan more items to add to list .
Select Commit. Program will return to Main Menu
A Prompt message will appear.
Select Yes.

Items lists can be reviewed at any point, by selecting the 'Review Item List' Tab. Items can also be removed via this tab also.

Remove Items From List

From an Item List within the Item List Program.

Select Review Item List Tab
Select item required.
Select Remove Item
A Prompt message will appear. 'Do you wish to remove [Item]? Yes/ No'
Select Yes.
Select 'Scan Item' to continue building Item List.
