Script Queue

Modified on: Tue, 10 Sep 2024 2:57 PM

The Script Queue is designed to handle all script types. When prescriptions are added to the Script Queue, a list of patients and prescriptions will be shown on the Home Screen, including:

  • Time Added - e.g. 5 mins
  • Patient Name
  • Number of Prescriptions (Rx)
  • Status - e.g. Waiting
  • Brand Preference
  • Allergies
  • New Medication
  • Additional Notes - e.g. Vaccination, Pharmacist consult

If the prescription was loaded from the Script Queue and the dispense record was not completed, the prescription will remain in the Script Queue. Once a prescription has been successfully dispensed, the prescription will be removed from the Script Queue.
