Step 1

Go to the Okta Portal, input your username and select “Next”.

Input your password and select “Verify”.

Step 3

If your password has expired, you will receive message “Your Okta password has expired”. The Okta Portal will guide you to enter a new password that meets all the password requirements:

• At least 8 characters.
• A lowercase letter.
• An uppercase letter.
• A number.
• A symbol.
• No parts of your username.
• Does not include your first name.
• Does not include your last name.
• Password cannot be the same as your last 16 passwords.
