Medication History Show Dispensed Time
This setting allows you to choose if either the Prescribed Date or Dispensed Time of a prescription is displayed under the Dispensed Date of a prescription in Medication History.
The default setting is to display the Prescribed Date. When you hover over the Prescribed Date or Dispensed Time the alternate setting will be shown.

Show User Metrics
When this setting is disabled, the Scripts Dispensed and Scripts Checked user metrics are disabled.

Show PBS Total Finances
When this setting is disabled, the PBS finances for the current claim period are not displayed.

This feature can only be changed by someone with appropriate security credentials. A Security Notice will be displayed if you do not have the required security credentials.

Store Statistics Display Options
Changing the store statistics display changes what is displayed in the Script Statistics panel at the top of Dispense Works. The default setting is Show All which displays how many prescriptions have been dispensed Today, in the Previous Hour, in the Current Hour, and the total number of Owings for the store.

When Owings Hidden is selected, the number of scripts dispensed throughout the day is displayed with the number of owing prescriptions not shown.

When Owings > 7 Days is selected, the number of scripts dispensed throughout the day is displayed with only the number of owings that are over 7 days old shown.

Selecting the Disabled option will stop all Script Statistics from being displayed.

Note: Dispense Works must be restarted to enable the changes made to Store Settings.
Name/Address Capitalisation Setting
This setting allows you to set how a patient's name and address is displayed and printed on labels and repeat forms.
The following settings are available:
- First Letter Capitalised - The first letter of each word will be capitalised
- UPPER CASE - All letters will be set to upper case
- lower case - All letters will be set to lower case
- Free text - The letters will appear however you type it into the Patient Details fields

Note: This is a global setting and will effect every patient unless a patient preference is selected in Patient Preferences.
