PRODA B2B Device Expiry Notifications
If your PRODA B2B device expires within the next 30 days, you will be notified every time you start Dispense Works.
Every time Dispense Works is started, a pre-flight check will be displayed with the Message ’Current PRODA device will expire in X days’ with X being the number of days remaining until the device has expired, which will count down each day until the device is extended or expired.

Similarly, when the current PRODA B2B has expired, a pre-flight check will be displayed alerting you to reactivate the device. When the PRODA B2B device has expired, prescriptions will go into Pending until the device is reactivated in Dispense Works.
If you have extended your B2B device in PRODA and you are getting the ‘Current PRODA device has expired’ pre-flight check, ensure you have clicked the Refresh button under Current B2B Device in Dispense Works.
