Adding Customers to Account Group - Bulk Edit
1. Navigate to & Open Customer Details

2. Click Search

3. Click Find

4. Double-click on any Customer

5. In Account Options, click the ellipses

Tip: Account Group may already exist so have a look in the list if there is something you can use - Webster is a generic group already in use by many
6. Click Add New Code

7. Enter Code and Description - Account Group Name
Click Accept

8. Click Saved and Exit

9. Navigate to & Open Customer Bulk Edit

10. Click New

11. Enter a Description for reference

12. Under Customer Id, click on Ellipses

13. Choose a way to search for Customers

14. Tag Customers you want to load to Customer Bulk Edit

15. Click Select Tagged

16. Navigate to Account Group ID

17. Find & select Account Group

18. Click the Curly Arrow
This will populate group for all customers in Bulk Edit

19. Click Yes

20. Click Save

21. Click Apply

22. Click OK
