Ensure the pharmacists(s) involved in performing the tasks associated with MMR services maintains the required training and accreditation relevant to those tasks.
Evidence that any pharmacist involved in delivering MMR services has current accreditation to do so.

- All staff qualifications and/or training are recommended to be uploaded onto TANDA. The function to upload documents can be found in each individual employee profile under the HR tab.
