Maintain a contract with each facility serviced.
The contract with individual facilities serviced. The contract must include
- Roles and responsibilities of the pharmacy and facility
- Provision of education, stock control, storage and services
- Requirements for improving medication related services within the facility
- Arrangements for change of contract to another service provider
