Log in to Outlook App
Log in to Outlook App (installed on the computer) Step 1 Open Outlook App on the computer and you will be redirected to OKTA Login page. Step 2 For Personal Mailbox, enter your OKTA/ Engage Password and click Verify. For Store Mailbox, enter your Store OKTA/ Engage Password and click Verify. (Do not use the current Outlook Password) Step 3 You may be prompted to sign in to all apps. Select OK. Step 4 You have successfully signed in to your mailbox.

Log in to Outlook Web App (via Internet Browser) Step 1 Open your Internet browser and go to www.office.com and click Sign in. (You will be redirected to a Sign-in Page) Step 2 For Personal Mailbox, Enter your personal Blooms email address and click Next. Enter your OKTA Password and click Verify. For Store Mailbox, Enter your Store Blooms email address and click Next. Enter your Store OKTA Password and click Verify. (You will be redirected to Okta) Step 3 You may be prompted to Trust Blooms.net.au? Click Continue. Step 4 You will be prompted to Stay signed in? If you are not using a Blooms dedicated device, click No. If you are using a Blooms device and would like to remain signed in, click Yes. Step 5 You have successfully signed in to your mailbox.
